This is a group of gymnasts both boys and girls following the floor and vault pathway. As the name suggests it is a competitive squad that competes on floor and vault. A structured programme using floor and apparatus with gymnasts training 4 9 hours a week depending on their level. This provides an excellent opportunity for those gymnasts unable to compete over 4 6 pieces of apparatus that is compulsory for general artistic gymnastics.
